The Team

In 2001 Eliel Trucking LLC was formed by Ivo’s father, Eliel Pereira. He immigrated with his family from Brazil to the United States with the dream of creating a prosperous future for his three children and wife.

For years he operated as a single truck owner across the DMV.
In 2015 Ivo, his sister, and brother-in-law had a vision of combining forces and expanding their father’s dream to become one of the largest trucking operations in the area.

By 2019 they were running 150-200 trucks on the road daily. After working with some of the largest GCs in the nation, Ivo recognized a need for a site development company that had knowledge in trucking and hauling material.

He established a second company, E Contracting Services, LLC and began to expand into the industry.

Two years later, with the help of an incredible team, Ivo was able to grow the site development side exponentially. His vision for growing his team and helping other operations in the area expand led to the merging of forces with one of the most reputable companies in the area, Richmark Site Services. On March 1, 2022, Richmark Site Services became a division of the E Contracting Group.
